Job Description Overview:

  • Under general direction, ensures a high customer satisfaction and retention level by providing assistance to the Bank's clients with their product issues and concerns.

Qualifications:

    Education:College degree, preferably in Business Administration or any related field.
     
    Experience:Relevant clerical and administrative support experience in microfinance/banking is preferred.
